At All Seasons we understand the old saying, “an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure.” That’s why we offer our customers the Comfort Protection Plan. This agreement is renewable each year, and it keeps your air conditioning and heating systems operating at peak performance. It also prevents many unnecessary breakdowns. It’s like having regular doctor visits, having your teeth cleaned twice a year, or having the oil changed in your car on a regular basis.

Most people don’t give a second thought to their air conditioner once it’s installed, but like many things in our lives, it needs regular maintenance in order to function properly.

Comfort Protection Plan Benefits:

2 scheduled maintenance visits
CPP customers are “priority” customers
Your name is put at the top of the list should you need service
CPP customers receive a 15% discount on the total service
No overtime charges for emergency repairs
Extended equipment life
Savings on your electric bill

During the 2 scheduled maintenance visits, the following will be checked:

Indoor and outdoor wiring
Temperature split across coil verified
Condensate drain will be cleaned (blown out)
Visible ductwork is inspected
Proper thermostat operation will be checked
Heat strips inspected
The filter will be checked.
System freon level checked
Lubricate all motors
Check AMP draw

Equipment Owner’s Responsibility
Please inform All Seasons Cooling and Heating, Inc. that you are a CPP customer. Customers also need to provide service free access to equipment and controls.
